-How To Make Bath Sachets-

Milk Bath sachets are a great idea to make bath time relaxing and rejuvenating.
You will need the following items

Fabric to make sachets- I used old calico bank bags
Ribbon
Fabric stamping ink
Stamps

Ingredients to fill sachet

1 cup of powdered milk
1/2 cup of oats (do not use quick cooking oats)

The following are ideas of what you can add the the ingredients to make each sachet fragrant

-4 camimile tea bags
-dried lavender and 6 drops of lavender oil
-powdered green tea
-fresh rosemary
-rose petals and 6 drops of rose oil

To make the mixture add 1/2 cup of oats to a mortar and pestle and grind until it is a coarse powder

Next put 1 cup of powered milk into a bowl and the oats and what ever fragrance you choose mix well than funnel it into the sachets.

To use just dangle into the bath water like a tea bag it can be used a few times.
